NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE. As per company policy we do not processed any exchanges/returns for Shapewear, since it is considered intimate apparel, therefore for hygiene reasons no exchanges are process. For sanitary reasons we do not take shape wear back that has been tried on, used, worn or stretched.
Out of respect for all of our Curvy customers We will never re-sell an intimate garment that is soiled, dirty, tried on, worn or returned. You pay full price for a brand new garment and that is exactly what you are going to get from CurvyInternational. A brand new garment just for you, you do not have to worry about how many people tried on or wore it for a couple of days and then returned it.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect items
Each garment undergoes strict quality control. However, in the slight case that you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace it.
No exchanges/returns will be accepted if:
- Item has been worn/washed/tried
- Item is not in original packaging with tags
Upon receiving your order, inspect and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right for you.
To be eligible for a return due to a damaged product, you must inform CurvyInternational within 14 days of purchase, with photograph proof of the faulty and the photograph of the hanging tag on the item. We will then confirm whether or not you are able to send back your item for a full refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take at least 5 - 10 working days time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start this process, you must contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
